Position: Deputy Director
Duties & Responsibilities: Under limited direction, supervise budgets, programmatic activities of a small to
medium sized youth advocacy center. Other duties include, but are not limited to, relieving the Director of
administrative detail and serving in the Director's role during absences or as requested. May serve as Training
Coordinator for the facility, as well as other additional duties.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree: Human Services, Social Services, or Business administration
• 3 years of working with youth
• 1 years of supervision
• Clear background check
• Must be able to travel
• Computer literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft office suites (excel, access, word, and etc.)
• Must possess good communication skills
Position: Program Director

for the company. Ensure that all prevention staff are certified and or attending the appropriate training for
certification. Also make sure prevention and clinical department are following procedures and protocol.

• Bachelors Degree: Human Services, Social Services, or Business Administration
• 2 years of working with youth
• At least 6 months of supervision
• Must possess public speaking skills for public relations work
• Clear background check
• Must be able to travel
• Computer literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft office suites (excel, access, word, and etc.)
• Must possess good communication skills
